Orders are processed via email within minutes during normal office hours unless there is a problem that requires further verification by a billing specialist. It is possible we may need to call you to verify your order. We will deliver your order as soon as possible and if there is a problem we will contact you by whatever means necessary to get your order to you in a timely manner.

We mail all of our pieces USPS and insured. If items are in stock, they will be shipped out within 2 business days. If it is a piece that needs to be made to order, please allow 5 business days in addition to shipping for creation of your piece.
